    Quality of the ramen has dropped significantly. Not worth the price. Service and atmosphere is still very good

    Incredible food. The service needs some work. For example our waitress took our empty plates with our cutlery on etc and left two plates we were still busy with but we had nothing to eat with. We ordered dessert and she brought the takeaway box with still no cutlery to use to put the food in the boxes. So fortunately you add a service charge onto the bill and we stuck to that instead of adding more like I usually would for our servers I kept it at 10%.

    The food was good, and overall we always enjoy Yori Oki. The food lost a star because sushi lacked something compared to the previous times, and the beef rib whilst tender was dry (there is a difference) and just missed the balance, its quite sweet so a grilled lime wedge would elevate it a lot. Ambience lost a star due to tables being so close, the loud couple next to us kept bumping our table or stepped on my foot when they went in and out multiple times (I'm tall and my legs dont fit unless I swoop them to the side) Service was impeccable as always. So attentive and friendly.

    They didn’t have some items on menu and ambience seating outside is not that great.

    The fact that we have to pay for a reservation, then upon arrival I’m told I cannot sit next to my date, rather across. Then told we are going to have to return the table after 2 hours. To then be told you don’t have the basic choice of beverage is quite appalling. This restaurant is overpriced for nothing. And provides people with a very subpar experience. That being said I removed myself from the restaurant and was not even reimbursed the booking fee. What a horrid experience.

    Please ensure you state facts only. You wanted to change seating and thus caused the walkway to be closed, you were aware of the table availability at the time of your booking as you ticked the acceptance. We have an extensive choice of beverages and have never in three years had a complaint regarding our offering. We are definitely not overpriced and uour statements are purely based on the fact that you couldn't sit as you wanted. We are very proud of the service, food and experiences we provide and therefore I hope you find a more suitable restaurant in the future.
