    The food was okay and the staff was amazing and kind, also the service was very fast and quick. Me and Lil one we really enjoyed ourselves. definitely coming back again

    Our Sunday breakfast on an early winter's day felt like a warm hug. Hospitable service, a log fire with a view from the gracious restaurant which has generous space between tables. All this complemented by good food. Thank you Zevenwacht, we will be back.

    Food was amongst the least convincing we had in South Africa, especially the Sirloin was not quite as one would expect. We e.g. ordered medium - it was well (well) done. Burger was ok. Service was good, ambience suffered from a lack of maintenance of the whole restaurant. Prices were high compared to what was offered. Toilets looked aged. Upside was a nice playground for the kids. Overall we would not recommend it.
