    What an evening. Chef Alberto Preciado, specially flown in from Mexico by KLM, teamed up with the Zioux/Marble crew to create food we’d never experienced before. Massive flavours, proper surprises and yes, even grasshoppers. Every dish had something going on. Bold, different, exciting and seriously good. Add a brilliant wine pairing, great service and the usual spot-on Marble atmosphere, and it made for one hell of a night. We want more of this, please!
