The Zorgvliet picnic area and restaurant are situated in the most picturesque setting.

You and your family can come and enjoy a piece of heaven fallen from the sky where you can be lost in your dreams, inhale the fresh air of the Banghoek Valley and bask in the warm sunshine. The vineyards with their different shades of green, depending on the type of cultivar, are a perfect backdrop to the historic white washed Cape Dutch architecture of Zorgvliet Wine Estate’s buildings. Just bring a blanket and pick your spot under the shade of the Oak trees and let the greenery of the Zorgvliet picnic area envelope you or select a table with a view. Pick a basket from the picnic basket menu or sit down and choose a dish from our gourmet lunch menu and experience a culinary journey that will excite your taste buds.

    The picnic box were filled with delicious food and delicacies we enjoyed whilst relaxing underneath big beautiful lush green trees. Will definetly do it again and can highly recommend.

    A beautiful venue, thoughtful layout, comfortable blankets and cushions along with umbrellas for shade on wonderfully maintained grass. Play area for kiddos. Even a splash pad, but was not on. Food was delicious. Definitely will be returning.

    Stunning venue, the food was amazing, and the service was fantastic! They are incredibly accommodating regarding events, and I could not have asked for a better event!

    We came to Grapes and Greens Picnics for my mums birthday and we had the most amazing time! The staff are absolutely amazing and so accomodating! We will be back for sure! Thank you so much!
