    Hi, I’d like to raise a concern about our experience when we booked your restaurant for my friend’s 21st birthday. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. While I was having my bottomless mimosas, I felt uncomfortable because the waitress kept giving me looks, which made me feel judged for having the drinks that I had booked and paid for. We had also asked beforehand whether there would be a camera person at the restaurant, as this was a special 21st birthday celebration, and we were told there would be one. However, there was no camera person at all. Another disappointment was the music. The music was being played from someone’s phone, despite us asking when the DJ would be arriving. We were told the DJ would be there at 4 PM, but we left just before 9 PM, and it was only then that the DJ was settling in. By that point, most of our celebration was already over. We booked your restaurant specifically to celebrate an important milestone, and unfortunately several things that we were told to expect were not provided. I would appreciate an explanation and would also like to know what can be done to address our disappointing experience.

    Honestly, this was a very disappointing experience. We waited an entire hour for our food, which is unacceptable, especially when the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. Our drinks were another issue. We had to keep waiting minutes and minutes for them, despite ordering bottomless mimosas. At one point, we were told they had run out of drinks and were getting more from the restaurant next door. This completely defeated the purpose of ordering bottomless mimosas. The service was extremely slow, and the overall experience was frustrating. We came to enjoy a meal and have a good time, but the long waiting times and lack of proper service really took away from the experience. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant.

    Went for the bottomless mimosa and brunch special. The breakfast was yum but the mimosas were such a let down. I had to return two of them because they were made with FLAT sparkling wine, everyone after that was just one let down after the other (main reason for leaving). The place was very quiet but I think it’s because it’s a new offering and it should hopefully pick up

    Definitely a place to try out! The food was good and service aswell, our waiter made sure to patiently guide us through the menu since we had special dietary requirements. The drinks were good, just not aesthetically appealing.
