We booked your restaurant to use our accumulated rewards. Your staff members did not know our booking, and I had to show them my booking confirmation several times. Food serving was so slow, even wine while we were having main meals. When they brought the bottle of water for table, they did not bring the glasses, and I had to ask them to bring. As nobody came to ask the order of main meals, I had to ask them to come and get order.
