Waterfront Restaurant - Balmoral Hotel

Service was excellent. Efficient, polite and friendly waiter. Food was great and well worth the price. Only the location of the hotel is at the far busy end and seemed unsafe. With bottomless coffee and tea being offered at the High Tea, hot milk should be an option and clean cups should be provided after using the last cup. The waiter was very obliging when we made those requests. Maybe some ambient music should have played in the background. But our overall experience was awesome and we enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely love to be communicated the next High Tea specials on emails. Thank you and well done on offering us pensioners an affordable High Tea

One of the most lovely experience my best friend and I had, the food was so delicious and we could not finish everything on offer, and our lovely waitress very kindly packed it for us to takeaway, I wish that they have more affordable high teas like this in the future.
