    Hi whilst my family enjoyed the experience at the restaurant and we thank you for that…making the actual reservation itself was a massive struggle. I had to make numerous phone calls to firstly confirm the reservation. Back and forth messages and phone calls not returned. I then called and spoke to a second person who apologized and promised me that things would go better and still the same frustration. Eventually I got through to Mark who was actually extremely helpful and I could actually ask all the questions I had and he was able to give me a better understanding of what to expect. Thank you Mark. To the others please work on your communication skills. I’m in the Tourism industry and know how important is to communicate properly with clients. Nevertheless thank you again for a wonderful day.

    Terrible experience. Made a buffet reservation. Called an hour before my reservation just to confirm and was told there was no buffet for the day. I confirmed the booking via email the morning of the booking. They could not give any reason and said someone was supposed to contact me to tell me that there was no buffet. Shocking experience and service.

    I made my reservation only to be told that I have to wait till 6 PM to be seated and for the food to be ready and they only do a buffet at 6 PM. It was very unprofessional and unpleasant and I left. Please don’t allow reservations if they are not serving food.

    Taste the movie experience. It was a good evening and the staff were friendly and professional. On arrival we were not invited to have a drink though. I had to ask if we could have a drink after waiting for 30 minutes by the pool area. The food was a little disappointing. The flavours were good. But something simple like dumplings. Wrappers could have been purchased if the chef had no experience making the dough which was way too thick. Folding dumplings is simple. Just follow a tutorial. Serving plain rice with mixed veg was a bit of a miss. Was it supposed to be fried rice? It could have had egg. The prawn rice was tasty. The angels nest noodles was mostly cooked well besides some of it that became clumpy. You pay over R900 and you are only served tea during your meal which is a bit ridiculous. One soft drink would have sufficed. We had a good evening, but it could have been better.
