he ambiance at the Hyatt is beautiful; however, that is unfortunately where the positive experience ended. We booked for Iftar this past Saturday for a group of six people. Prior to the booking, a menu was shared with me, but upon arrival we discovered that this was not the menu that had been prepared, which was extremely disappointing. The food itself was excessively oily and very spicy, making it quite difficult for someone who had been fasting to comfortably enjoy the meal. There was also not a single roast or lighter option available for guests who are unable to consume oily foods. In addition, the service was poor. We repeatedly had to physically seek out waiters just to place our drinks order, which detracted further from the overall experience. I had invited guests for this occasion and, quite frankly, the offerings were a significant letdown. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this experience. It certainly did not represent value for money.

Definitely not value for money. I could have easily gone to watch a 4D movie and have a filling 3 course meal at a high quality restaurant for the same price. I would not recommend to others. The concept is great but I think the seating arrangement needs to be improved and the food standards and quantities are quite ridiculous. This was most certainly not ‘fine dining’ but rather just minimal below average food on a plate. What a night wasted given my husband and I barely has alone time without the kids!

Review for Harry Potter Taste the Movie: Definitely not value for money. The "sweets trolley" was filled with cheap sweets and some of us has 2 half snakes. You could have added the different flavoured jelly beans instead of wine gums....very little effort was put into the items and the presentation in a kraft window box was very basic. The Hedwig course was missing Hedwig....what happened to the owl candle? The main course was supposed to have two chicken legs but we were only served one. The "golden corn" as described on the menu was creamstyle corn straight from the can. The butter beer was real imported butter beer but rather a mix of coke and ginger ale with ice cream....basically a coke float!!!!! The chocolate shell on the "train" cake was so thick and hard it was impossible to break without violently stabbing the chocolate to get to the cake. I had cherry stalks in my cake. Such a disappointing experience and not even close to 5 star. I've had better experiences for less. I will NOT be back as this is a rip off. Such a good idea with so much potential but thr execution was horrendous. Also, someone in my party didn't receive the jelly cube that came before the butter beer. The room set up was poor....if you don't have an amphitheatre style room then you can't seat people in two rows. We sat at the back and had people taller than is blocking the screen....the seats need to be arranged in a semi circle...this is just common sense!!!
