96 Winery Road has been proudly perfecting winelands dining since 1996 – Yes, the year we opened, not our address. A firm favourite with locals, winemakers and globe trotters alike. We wear our title of "the Winelands Restaurant" with great pride.

From our humble beginning in May 1996, it has been our goal to delight each guest with a superb dining experience. Our dedicated and passionate team have remained steadfastly committed to creating memorable occasions in our warm, welcoming and relaxing venue, set in the heart of the glorious Helderberg countryside. Over the years, we've tested, innovated and adapted our offering to meet the changing needs of our customers and we're extremely proud and excited to share it with you!

    The bathrooms could do with an upgrade. We had the Asian Fish cakes and the shashimi fish for starters, both very good. Main course we had fillet steak with the source. Also well cooked.

    I believe this is officially my favourite restaurant. Second dining experience in the past month and the food is absolutely sensational. Steaks cooked to abslute perfection and the accompaniments are excellent. Highly recommend.

    Food was excellent. The venue itself feels a bit dated and could benefit from a refresh. Given the price point, I would have expected a more polished atmosphere, with improved décor and table settings. The staff were friendly and welcoming, though service etiquette and training could be refined to better match the overall dining experience.
