Addis in Cape provides you with a unique dining experience in the beautiful central part of Cape Town, where we proudly celebrated 10 years in 2017. We strive to showcase Ethiopia’s rich history and traditions and have gone to great lengths to ensure your dining experience is as authentically Ethiopian as possible.

From the traditional furnishings and the classic Ethiopian coffee ceremony to the serving of food itself, we offer an exotic alternative to anything you may be used to.     Wonderful ambience, exceptionally good waiter! As vegetarians we had the set vegan menu, and enjoyed most but not all of the main courses. The starters were excellent. Good to find a place with such a wide vegetarian/vegan selection.

    The atmosphere was beautiful. Service was outstanding. Roy was attentive and friendly and went the extra mile to complete the Ethiopian experience. The food was WOW and my mocktail was incredible Can’t wait to return

    Fabulous evening! Perfect for a date night. We went with the recommended 3 course sharing meal and it was absolutely delicious. So rare to find a restaurant so authentic.
