    There was plastic in one of my sandwiches. You would not expect this from a hotel like yours. However, the violist was excellent and made up for the plastic in my sandwich.

    Everything was incredible. The food, the tea, the complimentary champagne and cocktails were delicious!! The only disappointing thing was that the high tea is served not in the main section of the restaurant with the full view . This was disappointing because it is advertised in photos and on the website to be held the main area of Flames with the full view. Not upstairs in a room or balcony without full views. This was misleading and ruined the vision we had in mind for our high tea and content creation.
