Featuring over 60 meticulously selected loose-leaf teas from around the world, a unique coffee experience, and an exquisite selection of sweet and savory treats, "tea at the Nellie" has become a cherished tradition in Cape Town.

Classic Afternoon Tea: R595 per person, includes a glass of sommelier’s choice iced tea or L’Ormarins Cap Classique.

    Fantastic afternoon tea at the Mount Nelson. Beautiful setting.The afternoon tea was amazing - excellent range of teas and the food was outstanding in variety and flavours. All the staff were excellent - highly professional, courteous, helpful and importantly very engaging to talk to. Thank you especially to Emmanuel, Craig and Zodwa for making our experience so special.

    Such a beautiful setting. Staff are on top form in terms of friendliness, charm and efficiency. Vegan High Tea was outstanding. Highly recommend

    I've tried high teas all over the world. I really love them. Ive also tried multiple venues in both Cape Town and Johannesburg, and the Mount Nelson is in my top 3. The service, food, atmosphere and entire experience were superb and so well priced.
