    This time I made not a good experience. The Service was the first time for me absolutely not good. The Personal was not very attentive.

    All in all this was a delightful experience. I've always wanted to have High Tea at the Nelly and I'm glad I've finally had the opportunity. The setting is gorgeous, the ambience is luxurious, but not intimidating. The array of eats are good, the selection of teas are magnificent. The choux pastry was a touch dry, but by no means unenjoyable. The welcome glass of sparkling wine was a lovely surprise. We didn't get around to trying any of the cakes at the buffet, we barely made it through the petit fours. Portions are generous. It's something I'd definitely recommend you experience at least once.

    The setting and the service were great, but the offerings were a little underwhelming. I think we were expecting lovely fresh cakes and tarts and found the very manicured sweet treats a little too sweet and synthetic.
