    Poor service for a 5 star establishment, cups were forgotten for a high tea after requesting 3 times, we could not find staff when we looked for them and the final course was sub par. Expected way better. However, the scones were the best scones I've had.

    We recently attended a high tea experience which, overall, was very enjoyable. The setting was lovely, the presentation of the food was beautiful, and the selection of treats was fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. However, what did detract from the experience was the unexpected surcharge added to the bill. This was not communicated to us upfront, and it significantly increased the overall cost, making the experience feel more expensive than anticipated. While we did enjoy the high tea itself, greater transparency around pricing would have made a big difference and helped manage expectations.

    Extremely disappointing. The staff did their best but the setting was awful..so disappointed as it had been a bucket-list item for me

    We enjoyed exceptional service & the food was fabulous. Stunning venue! The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the music wafting up from the restaurant below, which had a heavy beat & felt out of place for a high tea experience.

    This was the worst high tea experience of my life for 650 they only gave limited options of 8 , 3 of them were bread . That’s so unacceptable for a 5 star hotel . I would never recommend anyone to go to this place for high tea . And 1 selection of tea is diabolical. We couldn’t even enjoy the view because they placed us where we couldnt enjoy the view . The tables were not dressed . It’s not worth your penny at all .
