    The afternoon tea experience was beautiful. I rate the whole experience 10/10. The lady who ushered us into the experience was lovely and willing to assist, we felt very welcomed. However, after our tea we went down to the restaurant to have drinks and light meals. When we got there, we sat for more than 30 mins to 45 mins without being attended to. The waiters and waitresses in that restaurant could not even care to look at our table, I could sense a lot of classism there. There were individuals who came after us but were assisted because of ‘classism’ reasons and because my sister and I were just 2, normal looking individuals, we just didn’t fit in to be worthy of receiving timely service. It was really disappointing. Only after then a gentleman in a suit came to assist us and apologised for the inconvenience. The restaurant service was a 2/10

    Thank you for a lovely afternoon. Mbongeni was a superb host and the food was spectacular. We will certainly be repeating this experience again sometime in the future.
