Designed to elevate the occasion, the Champagne Afternoon Tea Experience includes a welcome glass of Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial Champagne and exclusive surprise-and-delight moments throughout the experience.     The Afternoon High Tea is a splendid experience and one worth doing for a special occasion. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. I do think that the experience is overpriced for what you get in terms of food but well worth the vibe of the establishment and the ambiance created.

    The tea testing experience and food was enjoyable. It does feel a little soulless, being located in the reception of the hotel. Service started out strong but became disjointed half way through. Expected a little bit more for R650 per head.

    Very disappointing experience. We were on a small balcony with a table against a wall. A very noisy party table of about 20 beside us.
