    Meal was Average at best. Took 20minutes before a waiter took a drinks order No ice arrived with the drinks Mains- butternut pieces weren’t cooked properly, creamed spinach was burnt Fillet dish arrived cold twice and then arrived after other guests were finished eating. Calamari was decent

    I had an overall pleasant experience. The food was well-prepared and flavorful, and I truly enjoyed the meal. Although it was slightly dry, it was still satisfying. The drinks were decent and complemented the meal adequately. With a bit more attention to moisture and refinement in the beverages, the experience could be even better. I would certainly consider visiting again.

    We were a large group of 18 and ordered a variety of dishes. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

    Service was excellent and atmosphere of the rest restaurant was great. Different options on the menu e.g. Eland, crocodile and warthog so it makes for interesting decision making. My Eland was sadly overdone as I suspect it was left to rest for too long. Very pleasant experience despite that and will be back.

    Unfortunately the very good service by the staff was let down by the quality of the food. The Sirloin was tough and tasteless, The Fillet was dry and overwhelmed by the amount of mashed potato on the plate. Both dishes lacked any hint of 'umami,' and there was little gravy with either. I did not complain at the time as I did not want to spoil a special occasion.
