    There was no designatd table reserved. We arrived and were seated at a table for 2 when we were a party of 3. There was a 40th being held at the event with children running around. Most of the time a microphone was used for the 40th so there was barely any music. I specified in the booking that it was a birthday celebration and nothing was done to celebrate the birthday. The waiter kept on forgetting our food and drink order and he kept on returning asking if we would like to order food and drink when we had already ordered with him. Other than the food it was truly an aweful experience.

    Dear Amy. I am so very sorry to read this disturbing review of your experience at Artistry. The team should've notified you when you booked that we had a big party on the one section of the restaurant, so that you were prepared. The party actually got bigger than expected, plus noisy and unbearable, and took most of our attention, then we forgot to give your a birthday card and cake as we usually do. As for the waiter service, I can only apologize and we have obviously fallen short on this occasion. I will call you to discuss how we can make this up to you.

    Service is the 👌...I had 20 people and did a pre order. When we seated the food started coming in. That was impressive.
