    We had a great lunch the only thing is that we were made aware late that we could not stay for the duration of the time that we wanted to stay for because of an event that I was not told about as I made the booking.

    I walked into an incomplete restaurant which was apparently opened for customers after calling to make a booking. I was really disappointed to see it unfinished when I could have been told the restaurant is still under construction and not have my hopes up. It was my fiancés birthday, we just got drinks and left.

    We made a reservation specifying that it would be foe my birthday celebration. When we arrived, no one was there at the door to welcome us and sit us...the restaurant was full, with people standing over tables and while waiters passed us multiple times going yo the kitchen. When we finally managed to get a waiter to talk to us, she paused and asked if we had a reservation with a very irritated tone. We told her we did and she looked at a paper that placed by the "welcome table". She found our reservation and pointed us to go and sit a table in some corner....we couldn't even see the tables as the restaurant was full our people standing about, dancing and holding conversations. When we found the table we where pointed towards, we spent another 10 minutes trying to wave down passing waiters for menus and attention....no one budged! A man who looked like a manager was across from us by the serving station, my husband went to him and asked if we could get some service. He told him he'll send a waiter to us. Again...another10-15 minutes passed, no one attending to us, no menu at our table, nothing but waiters attending to people with "bottle service". We left and I am sure no one even noticed. Was vert disappointing becuase we contacted to verify we are still coming and I even told the person verifying our attendance on whatsapp that we are celebrating my birthday. They never replied our acknowledged this, just told me to expect the place would be loud as an even was taking place. I've been wanting to visit Artistry for the longest time and expected so much more than this unacceptable service. I'm so disappointed. I had high hopes!
