We are, a Korean Restaurant located in Parkmore, Sandton (2km away from Sandton City). As a family owned and operated eatery, we serve authentic Korean cuisine and delicacies with a hand of mom's cooking. Kimchi, tofu and majority of sauces and marinades are made in-house with pride. In addition, we have indoor grills equipped on each table to enhance the flavour of Bulgogi, Samgeopsal and Galbi for a perfect Korean BBQ night out!

    Great authentic Korean experience. The food was fresh and full of flavor, value for money. The service was amazing, I feel bad for forgetting the waitress's name, but she really took us through the menu and made some good suggestions.

    What an amazing experience at Banchan Korean Restaurant! From the delicious food to the fun karaoke, everything was absolutely fantastic. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience even more special. We had such a great time and will definitely be going back

    I love the atmosphere at Banchan. I’ve been coming here since before you moved to the new space, and I must honestly say that, while I still really enjoy coming here, I feel the quality of the food has dropped a little. I bring some of my favourite people here to dine with me, and lately I’m getting “the chicken is good” while everything else was just okay. I really like it here, and your staff are incredible, by the way. I don’t mean this to offend at all, I’d genuinely just love for the next person I bring here to rave about the food and the whole experience. I know what Banchan is capable of, which is why I’m sharing the feedback. ❤️

    Service was not great, i had to constantly call for service and for our table to be cleaned after eating. Food is not brought to the table at the same time leaving some waiting for food while other people eat I booked a table well in advance, however upon ordering starters we were told to order mains quickly because another group had booked our table.
