Chef-Owner Louise Castle believes in using the finest and freshest seasonal produce. Classically trained in Italy you can expect her to wow you with the likes of seafood risotto, zucchini fritters and the best soufflé in the business. The specials board at Bellagio is one its highlights and keeps the food fresh and exciting.

The shady terrace is ideal for long lazy summer lunches and the stylish interior transports you to a trattoria overlooking Lake Como. That paired with the smells of basil and tomato wafting from the kitchen you will want to turn your lunch or dinner into a very leisurely one.

From freshly baked bread to a towering mille-feuille with berries and pistachios the menu has something for everyone and is utterly delicious.

    We stayed at the one&only hotel waterfront Cape Town and I wanted to eat at a real Italian restaurant instead of at one of the touristy joints at the waterfront. I found the Belagio at only 600 meters walk….. so decided to walk there with my wife…. Well the waiter at the beautiful restaurant thought this had not been such a hot idea… we were indeed harassed by a small group of homeless guys. Nothing I could not handle I thought, but apparently it was potentially dangerous so we took an Uber back to the hotel. Now the restaurant exceeded our expectations, the food, and service were outstanding and the restaurant has a nice beautiful terrace. It’s definitely a restaurant to go to if you like real Italian food but don’t expect pizza 😃😃

    We enjoyed delicious Sea Bass, served by most pleasant & efficient waiter. I have always enjoyed the vibe/ambience of the Restaurant

    Quality would be better over quantity It wasn't inedible, also not great Just meh, We only enjoyed the caprice salad.

    We dined with friends on a Sunday night. Normally the food is v consistent. Not last night. The Kingklip was not fresh. The schnitzel was also only ok. Hopefully just an off night. Overall v pricey for only ok food.
