Moody Lagoon is a contemporary restaurant and eatery located within the magnificent Benguela Cove, just 1.5 hours from Cape Town and only 15 minutes outside of Hermanus.

    The food was not good, my pasta had a heavy cream sauce, the pasta was not al dente as requested and there was very little seafood in the pasta.

    Good morning Fred, sorry to hear about your pasta not being what you expected. It is a cream-based sauce and it also contains cream cheese which might be why you found it too heavy. We also add 5 prawns, 5 mussels and 50g of calamari to the dish making it a good ratio between sauce, pasta and fish. However, with reviews such as yours it gives us an opportunity to relook the dish and make changes if needed. Kind regards
