The next chapter of Brookdale Estate’s Cinderella tale takes its shape in The Bistro and the Tasting Room found at our newly established cellar. Here, delicious menus designed by seasoned Executive Chef, Gary Coetzee, are brought together with wines grown on the surrounding vines and vinified by winemaker, Kiara Scott.

The Bistro at Brookdale promises a relaxed, contemporary Cape Winelands dining experience. Expect beautiful, soulful dishes, enjoyed with our wines, while at the Tasting Room, you will sample the latest terroir-driven vintages from our cellar made in ever-evolving styles.
