Open Tuesdays to Sundays from 08:00 - 11:00 for breakfast and 12:00 - 14:30 for lunch.
Our focus is simple farm cooking in the heart of Elgin and we cater for the whole family.

    This was a gathering of friends and family to celebrate an 80th birthday. Bloem did not live up to expectations. My bacon and eggs were overdone, the bacon to the extent that it was really difficult to even cut. The eggs were very unattractive and quite leathery. Service, both in taking orders and in waiting for the food after ordering was very slow. I twice had to get up and go to the serving area to request service. The overall experience was very disappointing. I had expected much more, having dined at Bloem, albeit not for breakfast, on a few previous occasions when food and service were good.

    We had an excellent lunch. Food very tasty and well presented. Service was friendly and good. We had a small hic cup with the glass of MCC ordered which was immediately resolved and apologized for.
