Hit and miss, Service was phenomenal, Scallops were tiny and served on a cold plate so arrived cold. Duck liver parfait was phenomenal however the malba toast it was served with was soggy and stale which ruined it. The pork belly was great. Cassoulet’s beans were phenomenal, however the confit duck was really dry and stringy to the point of needing a tooth pick. Desserts were great, crème brûlée was faultless and the ganache was advertised.
