    We had looked so forward to this experience for a long time but it really was disappointing. We started late as we were waiting for late comers which didn't make sense because we paid in advance and there was a stated departure time. We got on the bus and the service was slow even taking into consideration a moving bus we were often the last to get drinks and food. The food was underwhelming, and definitely not fine dining as you'd expect, granted it's a bus and even taking that into consideration the food lacked flavour profiling that could have elevated each dish. The dessert was nice but by then there was no more grace to give. The views were amazing and there's so much potential that I feel was missed. If you do book this to just tick it off the list then do that but for us, it wasn't worth the money and time.

    Hi Delphine Unfortunately, it does sometimes happen that guests encounter delays due to traffic or late Ubers. For this reason, we provide a 10 to 15-minute grace period for arrivals. I am sure you would appreciate the same courtesy if you were in a similar situation. Regarding the speed of service and receiving your dishes last, we had a Shellfish allergy noted for a guest at your table. The Chef had plated your meals last as a step of caution and to take care with the dietary requirement you had listed. When handling allergies and dietary requirements we take measures to ensure there is no cross-contamination between food items, plates, cutlery etc. That said, we sincerely apologize that the speed of the service was not up to standard. We aim to improve our systems so we can still accommodate dietary requirements in a timely manner without disrupting service. Kind Regards Bus Cuisine Management

    What a wonderful experience, we loved every moment of it! The service is top notch and chef Edmund's food is amazing. We especially loved the seafood hot pot and of course all the wine! Chef even gave my hubby a special dessert and a bottle of wine for his birthday. All the staff including the very accomplished driver, are friendly and fun! Well done to all of them, we will DEF be back in summer!!

    what a great experience = food was excellent, the staff were amazing. Despite it raining and no views (top window could do with a windscreen wiper!} special mention to Jaimie our hostess who saved the day and returned my handbag left on the bus! also she was an amazing and attentive hostess
