    Very disappointing and extremely unprofessional ,hence both my daughter and I are down now with food poisoning. I sent a very detailed message to Eden explaining my decision regarding last night. Pl ash take this up with her discuss in full Regards Cheryl/Ashley

We truly appreciate honest feedback, as it helps us continually evaluate and improve both our service and our food offering. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you and your daughter felt unwell after dining with us. Please accept our sincere apologies for the discomfort and concern this must have caused you — this is certainly not the experience we aim to deliver to any of our guests. Food safety and quality are of the utmost importance to us. All our dishes are freshly prepared daily by our highly trained chefs, with a strong focus on freshness, quality, and consistency. Since opening over a year ago, we have not received any previous complaints relating to food poisoning. On the evening you joined us, the bus was fully booked and the same set menu was served to all guests, with no similar reports from others. That said, we take any such concern extremely seriously. As part of our standard safety protocols, we retain daily food samples, and these have already been submitted for independent analysis. We are currently awaiting the results and will be sure to provide you with feedback as soon as they are available. Once again, we are truly sorry that your experience did not meet expectations.     The bus comes with a jam packed menu. The food is just okay. The starter and the dessert were my favourite. The ambience on the bus was to die for. The service was amazing, the staff is very attentive. The bus is definitely worth the price. The views were absolutely breathe taking. We definitely had fun. Would do it again.
