    The lack of halal food options was a big downer. We arrived and the receptionist at the Spa she said the lunch option for halal would be seen to. Only to find after our massages there was no such option. We ended getting 4 cans of coke instead of the lunch. At a cost of R10 000 for the 2 packages, our expectations where not met

    Experience was slow and frustating, took 20 minutes for our bubbly to arrive after we booked with the spa post treatment at 12:15. The strawberry dipped in chocolate only arrived another 20 minutes later and 2 out of the 3 only arrived. Very disappointing experience.
