Cattle Baron Paarl Grill and Bistro is tucked away in the historic town of Paarl, within the Pontac Manor Hotel Estate, in the heart of the Cape Winelands, surrounded by majestic oak trees and manicured gardens. Inside you’ll find a formal dining room with plush seating and smaller, intimate private dining rooms. Visit their in-house Butchery & Deli for a selection of meat cuts and products to purchase for home consumption or order it online.

The combination of outstanding Saronsberg wines, a beautifully curated gourmet menu, and warm, attentive hospitality made the evening truly special. Owner Franco Adams, Chef Riaan Pretorius, and the Cattle Baron Paarl team delivered an exceptional dining experience, with each dish thoughtfully paired to highlight the elegance and character of the wines. Having the opportunity to meet and mingle with Daniela Briedenhann, the winemaker behind Saronsberg Wines, added a personal and memorable touch to the evening. Everything was beautifully presented, well organized, and filled with passion. A perfect evening of fine food, excellent wine, and great company. Highly recommended!
