    The tasting menu started exceptionally well with well-combined flavours. It was boldly seasoned and the wine pairing also got off to a promising start. Unfortunately, the tartare that followed was over-seasoned, so that the meat used and highly praised by the service was no longer recognisable as such. There was no longer any meat flavour to be tasted. The sauce accompanying the calamari was also over-seasoned. The ox tongue was perfect in terms of taste and doneness, but the fish was a little one-dimensional in flavour. Unfortunately, the service was not warm and relaxed, but distant and artificial. The descriptions of the dishes were rattled off quickly and were hardly understandable for non-native speakers. Overall, there is still a lot of room for improvement compared to top restaurants such as Fyn.

    Beautifully decorated restaurant with fantastic views. Service was excellent. Well thought through wine list, presented by sommelier. Interesting food, well prepared and presented. Enjoyed the set menu experience. Not hurried, which was also great.

    Excellent meal in a gorgeous setting. Food is Sophisticated without being pretentious and service is knowledgeable and very professional. The restaurant was almost empty for our lunch setting which was a shame. It’s an excellent addition to Waterfront dining options so hopefully will find an audience.

    We got there at 14:40 and they didn’t want us to order what was specifically state that the the last order is at 14:45 , which didn’t make sense but I wasn’t in the mood for a back and forth ….

    My wife and I had a great lunch. Sat on the side of the restaurant overlooking the mountain. Service was on point, very friendly and efficient. We had the taster menu and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
