We at De Vette Mossel strive to offer much more than merely perfectly prepared seafood – this is an experience, in unusual and informal surroundings, where you relax with friends (old ones and newly found ones) where your time is your own and where you may eat as much as you like – just like we do along the West Coast.

The different dishes are prepared and presented one after the other as a rolling buffet. We strive to prepare seafood perfectly, and to serve it immediately thereafter. This guarantees freshly prepared seafood on the plate – an absolute must for exceptional seafood.

    We enjoyed your meals but our sitting accommodation was not what we expected. We were isolated from the other guests maybe it was done by our colour I don't know but do not make us to book and be isolated from other people.our money is the same I think I'm making sense here

    I would like to add a comment about the seasoning in the food. Like don’t be shy with the salt and pepper other than that it was amazing.

    Everything at Devette Mossel Harties was Absolutely Great. The Vibe, the Music. Then All the Food was Great. For the Price it is Absolutely Value for Money. All the Staff Very Friendly. Love the Sea Sand. We are Definitely Going to Visit Devette Mossel at Harries Again very soon. The Best Restaurant for Sea Food Lovers. Eat As MUCH As U Can Sea Food Buffet.

    I did not think the meals was worth the amount of money we paid. Fruit served was sliced oranges and pineapple. Fruit salad would have been nice.

    The food was fantastic, for someone that does not enjoy seafood it was prepared and presented absolutely fantastic. The only concern I have is that that chairs tend to sink into the sand and was a bit uncomfortable to sit in for 3 hours plus, so perhaps they can offer the option to bring your own camping chair etc just like you bring your cooler box.
