We at De Vette Mossel strive to offer much more than merely perfectly prepared seafood – this is an experience, in unusual and informal surroundings, where you relax with friends (old ones and newly found ones) where your time is your own and where you may eat as much as you like – just like we do along the West Coast.

The different dishes are prepared and presented one after the other as a rolling buffet. We strive to prepare seafood perfectly, and to serve it immediately thereafter. This guarantees freshly prepared seafood on the plate – an absolute must for exceptional seafood.

    Nothing short of absolutely fantastic! My family and I had a really amazing time and my wife felt really special on her birthday, and that’s all thanks to the team! Really really appreciated! I will and would highly recommend!

    The Vette Mossel really was an amazing experience, the food was delicious and the portions of the food was more than we could eat. The whole atmosphere was incredible almost felt like we were by the coast, if you enjoy the sand between your toes and seafood cuisine this is definitely the place to go.

    The food was really good, vibe great. Lady at the bar could have been a bit more friendly 😉, suggest you leave water on each table or maybe wipes, to clean your hands between the different dishes

    We had an amazing time. Great venue that makes you feel like you are in Mozambique on a beach. Food was more than enough for 2nds or even 3rds. Only giving it one star less because the snoek piece i chose was still raw inside unfortunately. But the rest of it was really great. The sweet potato was sooo yum. And the mussel meat pot has THE BEST sauce, perfect for dipping your bread. Great host and amazing vibe. Will definitely be back.
