Situated on Kanu wine farm, Du Vin is the new benchmark for asian fusion cuisine in Stellenbosch.

By pairing good wine and good food, our chefs have designed a modern asian fusion menu that stimulates the tastebuds and seduces your palate when paired alongside our award-winning wines.

Our restaurant is designed on the Japanese style of “izakaya” which introduces the customer to a variety of dishes & snacks to accompany alcoholic drinks served to encourage sharing.

    Lovely enclosed play area under the trees with jungle gym as well as a put put course. Food and service is wonderful.

    Really disappointed. Never seen the staff also desorganised and unhappy at work. We didn’t have a good time, to much time to be served. We waited 45 minutes for 10 sushis. We didn’t feel welcomed from the arrival until we left.

    We come to Du Vin almost every month. Our last dining experience yesterday wasn't the best one. We started with your 15 pieces dried sushi and they were very nice. My Du Vin burger was delicious, especially the onion rings. My colleagues pork belly was very nice and the veggies were done to perfection. The line fish we ordered was overcooked and the fish wasn't as nice as before. My wife had the squid starter and the exotic mushroom pasta. Unfortunately, both dishes were total disappointment. The squid was chewy and not light and crispy as always. The mushroom pasta had a very strong basil pesto taste. The menu speaks about exotic mushroom with truffle oil and there are no mention of pesto which was the dominant ingredient. In fact the pesto was so strong ij the dish that it tasted bitter. The strawberry daiquiri was very nice but sadly the mojito was very strong. Like mentioned above, this was our worse dining experience at Du Vin.

    Excelent food coming out of that kitchen. Also special request could be fullfilled perfectly. NO CUSOMERS WIFI !
