    Was served by Ebony and another gentleman before her, I forgot his name. Both were lovely, Ebony was a star, she needs a raise. Everything was beautiful but the green pasta situation is not lekker hey. Maybe try lentil chips or the classic complimentary bread. You can never go wrong with bread. Otherwise, 10/10

    We had a really good time at Figo overall. The atmosphere was great, the food/drinks were excellent, and our waiter was fantastic - he was attentive, respectful, and really made the night enjoyable. We appreciated his service. The only issue was with the receptionist/host downstairs. While we were waiting inside for our Uber, he repeatedly came over and pressured us to leave, even though we weren’t causing any disruption. It felt unnecessary and unprofessional, especially since we were just waiting for our ride in a safe spot. We left feeling rushed and a bit uncomfortable. Aside from that, we’d definitely come back, because the staff on the floor were great and we enjoyed ourselves. I just hope the front desk experience matches the rest of the team in the future.

    The food should be more prioritised. My steak was medium well when I asked for medium rare. My guests did not enjoy their pasta as it was very mild on flavor, portions for drinks were also surprising considering 200ml coke was R45? The nibbles before food arrived ‘pasta off cuts’ was not tasty, bread would have been a better substitute. I did include that it was my birthday but no offering of a dessert was given, a small gesture goes a long way.

    It was a good day. Thanks to our lovely waiter she made the experience so much lovely. The restaurant is so beautiful
