    I really object to having to pay upfront for the table - even more so when the pre-payment was forgotten. The food was mediocre and Flames could work much harder at making people feel welcome rather than a favour is being done allowing them in!

    Flames was an absolute perfect date night evening. The food was amazing, we had the T-Bone steak and the Lamb Shank, they were amazing. The evening was made extra special by the hostesses, particularly Miss Phinah, she made sure that our night ended in an extra special way when I proposed to my life partner ❤️ thank you team...

    Food was cold, i had the potatoes with kingklip, the fish was cold and over cooked and bland, potatoes were unevenly cooked and some were still hard (not cooked), my bf had the lamb shank, it was also cold, bland, lacked flavour. There was no ambience, no music (none that I could hear). Got some attitude from the waiter. Will never eat there again. My home cooked food tastes better.
