    I celebrated my birthday at Flames Restaurant, and it was a 10/10 experience! The food, ambiance, and service were exceptional. A special thank you to Mihlenkosi for his outstanding service—it truly made my day unforgettable. Highly recommend this place for any special occasion!

    The service was excellent . The staff addressed us so well we got complimentary dessert and chips . They made sure the wine was too our liking before serving a bottle . I would highly recommend

    I’m not sure but I think our server was having a really bad day. She struggled to have a good demeanour and was extremely distracted. We still however tipped her 24% and did not even receive a word of thanks. The eggs royale had to be returned because she did not convey our request for soft eggs. We had to call the maitre d for our coffee as she was nowhere to be seen. The food was excellent and the eggs were sublime once the order was correct. All other staff members were very friendly. What a pity. It put a real downer on our experience.

    The food has changed, really not good and takes time to be prepared, while as a customer you wait for so long but taste is disappointing. Service has really gone down.Needs to improve. The view is nice and ambience

    hi the terrace area needs to be equipped with a cooling system. we had to move inside because the heat was unbearable. the food was tasty but there was no finesse to it. for the price, it was overly simplistic.

    Another brilliant experience at Flames! The vegan food was even better this time round! I totally cleaned the plate- beautiful flavours that had an absolute party on my tastebuds! And of course the view...I mean, that's of course one of the biggest drawcards! We needed a bit more care and attention from our waiter but hopefully we'll have a different experiemce next time.

    It was my girlfriends birthday, I made reservations well in advance, I made prior purchases from the restaurants online store and I asked the person making the reservations to place the purchases on the table, so that the table is dressed and had the romantic vibe, instead we walk in to the restaurant, the lady places us on a very unattractive table against the wall and right at a entrance , the table was completely bare and unattractive. After concluding dinner we walked around and noticed so many better seatings. Just an overall disappointment, the only thing that really picked up the night was the service received from the waiter. She knew the menu really well and was extremely friendly.
