With arguably the best view overlooking the Franschhoek Wine Valley, dining with us at Haute Cabrière is as beautiful as it is delicious.

As with our approach to wine, our food philosophy centres on moments to be enjoyed together.
We believe that coming together around the table, as family always has, is a celebration of life, stories, togetherness and of course, wonderful food and wine.

Join us as part of our family and eat, drink and chat on our sun-soaked restaurant terrace in Franschhoek. Our menus are inspired by classic French dishes with a twist – combining local ingredients and the von Arnim family’s love of innovation.

    We had such a lovely time at Haute Cabriere! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming — they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, especially with our little one. It’s rare to find a place that combines great service, genuine hospitality, and delicious food so effortlessly. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavour. A wonderful dining experience for families and anyone looking for something special — we’ll definitely be back!

    We had an absolutely fabulous lunch. The food and wine pairing were exceptional as were the views. All staff were welcoming and friendly and gave great advice in relation to the food and wine. We would definitely recommend. Thank you.

    Lovely lunch as part of food week - food was really good. The views from the restaurant are fantastic. The design is very modern - clean lines etc but it does give it a slightly impersonal feel.

    An excellent lunch, great service, wine and food. we were a bit late but the staff didn't rush us , an excellent first visit. Highly recommended
