The Homestead is a beautiful 1820’s heritage building, providing a unique and Victorian feel to the Southern Suburbs. The Homestead is a Private Functions Venue known in hosting weddings, birthday parties and private celebrations.

During the months of June & July The Homestead will be opening their doors to the public on Wednesday Evenings offering a Bistro Style a La Carte Menu celebrating some of theirs and their guests’ favourites. Old and New! For all to enjoy.

The fireplace in the Dining room provides the perfect intimate indoor seating.

The Homestead is fully licensed offering a lovely selection of local wines, craft gins & port.

Please note that tables of 6 or more will require a Dineplan Deposit Payment and 12% gratuity will be added.

Card facilities & SnapScan is available but also accepting Cash & Dineplan Vouchers.

Bring your family, friends or make a date night and come and enjoy our hidden gem.

    Coming from the secured parking area, passing the illuminated way into the most beautiful garden I have seen for a long time, one comes into the cosy restaurant with the fireplace on. Food was again delicious with yesterday's special of Boboutie, lekker. Always a place to be on coming Wednesdays.

    Hands down one of the best meals I have had ever. The food was PERFECT and the setting was so lovely and relaxing. Highly recommend and will be back for the next pop-up!
