    The Service we received while waiting at the swimming pool was shocking. To inform customers that a 10% service fee is included in the bill, and that the level of poor service rendered by your staff attending to the swimming pool guests is something management needs to address, as it was not a pleasant way to start a visit at such a prestigious venue. This kind of experience does not leave a welcoming feeling to want to go back.
