    I had the absolute worst time, booked this place for a surprise bridal shower and the service was absolutely disgusting, the waiter incredibly was rude we were made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable to the point where our guests started leaving because they were fed up with the service we received, it’s absolutely ridiculous to receive such service as customer and I booked spa treatment as well at the same place and I can’t get my refund because I cancelled too late and now I’m dreading going back to this horrid place

    Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The service is extremely slow — orders take far too long to be fulfilled, and the waiters are often not available when you need assistance. Basic table necessities are missing, which means you constantly have to request items, adding even more delays. The food was another letdown. It doesn’t taste authentic at all and comes across as ready-made or boxed meals rather than freshly prepared dishes. The flavours lack depth, and the overall quality doesn't match the prices or expectations.

    What a beautiful place. The service was on point. I had the steak, medium. It was dry and underwhelming. Pink, but not a drop of juice. Dessert was too sweet.
