Nestled on Bonte Rivier Vineyards (formerly Bilton wines), Klein Alto serves as Alto’s home away from home while our estate undergoes exciting renovations over the upcoming years.

    We had the Vineyard sharing platter. As we both are small eaters, the platter offered plenty, but for the price and what it offered for bigger eaters, I cannot say it was value. The ciabatta was sub-par. Sitting outside, and with a gust of wind from time to time, the ciabatta and charcuterie dried out very quickly. However, our waiter, Godknows, provided an excellent service. Thanks to him, we will return.

    Honestly, even when Altos renovations are finished, they should never let go of Klein Alto! What a place, what a team! I was blown away once again by the awesome “Date Night” they put on. It’s the second time my mum and I have been and it blows us away each time!
