    Overall wonderfull experience! Please remove the cabinet from the disabled toilet, my mom (in a wheelchair) could not reach the basin easily.

    I had to look for waiter at sometime,not good

    The venue was cosy and warm.I am not a winter person.I did not feel the difference.Keep it up.

    We booked at table, for the Saturday morning, confirmation was received ,when we arrived 9h50 for our booking was for 10h00,there was a table for 2 in the dinning area where the food was served,there was no seat available for the 3d person,our booking was for 3 adults. We then got moved,we were without cutlery, no salt or pepper, and when we ordered coffee, no milk,sugar was offered!! Our food order was placed and only 2 of the 3 orders were received, we had to ask again for the 3d order, no cutlery was available! And when we asked,the white manager that was assisting us,said in a very sarcastic tone, this is due the fact we moved from the 2 seated table to the original requested 3 table seating,the table where we were now sitting at wasn't prepared!! This was not our fault but he made us feel we are now in the wrong for being offered another table to accommodate 3 people. The service was really not up to the standards you seem to offer. Food was okay, the cakes were dry and just not good. Won't recommend your restaurant.

    We celebrated my husbands 60th there, and everything from making the arrangements to the set up and service on the day was fantastic. The team is very professional, friendly and efficient. Thank you for making a special day extra special.
