You choose on the day what you would like to order and spend. Enjoy our delicious Kleinkaaps Abundance Breakfast (Continental spread and hot breakfast) or Farm Breakfast or Chefs Breakfast at Kleinkaap Restaurant.     From beginning to end, my experience at Kleinkaap was outstanding. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth and attentive service, always ready with a smile and going the extra mile. The ambience is simply enchanting — lush gardens, Cape‑Dutch charm, outdoor seating, and a cozy indoor area all blend beautifully to create a serene, stylish atmosphere . And the food? Absolutely delicious — each dish was thoughtfully prepared, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. Fantastic food, friendly staff and beautiful surroundings, make every visit a must.

    We’ve visited Kleinkaap before and have always been impressed with the food, service, and ambiance. That’s why we were excited to try their recent Date Night promotion—but sadly, it fell far short of expectations. From the start, there was no real effort to create a romantic or special atmosphere to reflect the "Date Night" theme. It felt like any regular evening at the restaurant, which was quite a letdown. The evening started off reasonably well—our starters were tasty and well-presented. However, the main course was a disaster. Three of us ordered the rump steak (one medium-rare and two medium), but what we received was barely edible. The steaks were tough, lacked flavor not able to cut through it all. When we informed the waiter, his only response was, “Sorry to hear,” before taking the plates back to the kitchen. No manager came over, and no attempt was made to make things right or offer an alternative. For a place like Kleinkaap, that kind of response is simply not acceptable. Dessert was okay—not spectacular, but decent enough to end the meal. One final frustration: the waiter told us we had to tip him in cash. This is inconvenient and unclear and unacceptable to say the least—especially when everything else can be settled by card. Why not include an option to tip electronically? We know Kleinkaap can do better, and we hope this was just an off night. But for a promotion designed to be special, this experience was a big disappointment.
