    Dear Kleinkaap Team, We recently celebrated Mrs. Drienie Fourie’s 85th birthday lunch at your restaurant. I would like to compliment Wendy for her excellent service and assistance in arranging the event—her support was invaluable. However, Mr. Manie Fourie was not satisfied with the service during the lunch. The food between courses was served very slowly, and he had to get up twice to request service. Given that the table was comprised of elderly guests, this was particularly inconvenient. Overall, while Wendy’s efforts were outstanding, we hope the restaurant can improve service speed and attentiveness to ensure a smoother experience for future occasions.

    The service was slow, fragmented, and frustrating. The rest was OK, but the restaurant area was crowded. At the price, one would expect better.
