    Met bespreking (telefonies) het die dame my laat voel dit is moeite om plek te bespreek, haar woorde was "laat ek maar kyk of ons plek het want die weer is sleg". Sy het werklik nie vriendelik of warm oorgekom nie - glad nie welkom gevoel. Diens was swak - by tafel gesit en moes later iemand roep om te kom help. Al byna klaar geeët toe iemand omkom om te vra of ons alles gekry het wat bestel is. Baie jammer, want dit was nie altyd so nie.regtig jammer!

Dit is beslis nie die ervaring wat ons vir ons gaste wil skep nie. Ons neem julle terugvoer oor die telefoniese bespreking en die diens by die tafel baie ernstig op, en ons sal dit met ons span bespreek sodat ons kan verbeter. Ons waardeer dit dat u noem dat dit nie altyd julle ervaring by ons was nie, en ons hoop regtig ons kry weer die geleentheid om julle te verwelkom en vir julle die Knus ervaring te gee wat julle onthou.
