    Good day. On arriving at Kraal Restaurant there was nobody in the reception area to greet us. Staff were standing around the kitchen door chatting. On seeing me shrugging my shoulders waiting for help, a staff member "sauntered" over and assisted us. Our waiter Gift was extremely helpful and set up the table under the gazebo out of the heat. We requested a baby chair for the 2 year old. This was brought (not by Gift as he had finished for the day). The baby chair was broken, as if you would have put food on the tray, the tray would have fallen off. We were advised that nearly all of the baby chairs were broken. Worse of all, there was chewing gum stuck underneath the tray of the baby chair. All in all, not the best experience considering the cost. AEM

    The waiter was not present, missed an order. The website prices are outdated, please update. No finesse in the presentation. Unpleasant experience

    My wife and I had a great time for our dinner here; and the waiter by the name of Lerato she was so amazing, served us so well with so much humility. The food so yummy

    Always beautiful experience can you please put mushroom risotto on your menu .the food is 5 star compliments to the chef and kitchen staff.

    The seafood was extremely salty and could not finish my meal. Otherwise the service and drinks were top tier.

    Everything was really amazing, the atmosphere was just spoiled when another table seemed to have a fight, swearing and screaming, that made everyone in the restaurant uncomfortable. Food was incredible, and service was fantastic.
