    This was a great host/waiter, we were approached by Joshua to make sure everything was running smoothly, very nice. The "Terra del Capo" is a highly underrated red, would recommend a pairing with that, complimented the shank and polenta very well. All in all great, your staff were a key element to our evening, well done. Heater was on, we were waited on just the right amount. Highly recommend.

    We have been living in George since 1999, and our company has been a service provider to Fancourt since 2002. This was our first private visit to a Fancourt restaurant. The experience was excellent, especially the surprise happy birthday serenade for my wife. There is, however, one aspect that detracted from the overall experience: the process of coming through the security gate feels unfriendly and not really welcoming. Compared with other estates in George, this is certainly an aspect that can be improved on.
