Our beautifully restored homestead which dates to a time when honest home cooked meals were enjoyed around the family table, is home to our heritage inspired restaurant.

Whether it be a farm breakfast benefitting from our own fee range eggs to a leisurely lunch on the veranda gazing at the uninterrupted views of the Franschhoek valley, the seating areas all offer a unique experience and a memorable occasion.

An extensive wine list boasting some of Franschhoek’s finest wines are to be enjoyed when paired with our delicious menu.

    Very rude person advised me that no booking existed even though I had all the details of the wedding party etc booked for the verandah that day which meant I booked for the courtyard (how would I know all this and then had to bookfor the courtyard )only then to be told no seating at courtyard due to the weather. Don't have staff taking bookings if they don't accurately record the customers booking . We were shown to an inside table and basically ignored and after a while had to go and find a waitress to serve our table of 6. This is not customer service and we were not made to feel welcome . Very disappointing experience

    Such a special place for a leisurely lunch. The perfect setting overlooking the glorious gardens with mountains beyond. Great food, service and their own wine, what could be better?!
