    The Service from Lovemore was exceptional, and I appreciated the way in which my birthday was acknowledged. If we’re ever in the area again , we will not hesitate to return to La Paris Bistro.

    I have been at the Bistro many times and aways enjoyed it. But yesterday was an absolute bummer. I booked a table for 2 in advance, but upon arrival there was no one to receive us. We stood there hanging around not sure what to do and where to sit. Secondly the waitress who at long last helped is, was in such a hurry, and in her hurry I asked her if I could get a late please. 20min later we were still sitting and waiting, no latte and no waiter. Them a man saw that we were not served and I could see him pointing at our table. (Just to make it clear, there were 6 tables with people inside and the large table booking was not there yet. Only people at the outside tables, but not all was taken yet) After about 35min we got our drinks. 15min after the 2nd wait. Then we immediately ordered our meal. But what was the most annoying is that we had 4 diffirent waiters, and all of them was in such a hurry to leave our table. We felt like we were a complete nuisance! Our food took another half an hour... Sorry to say, but with service like this, I cannot recommend the Bistro to others. We were so disappointed... Thank you though for giving me the chance to explain our experience. I do hope this will be corrected i future as it was really not a good experience. We were not nasty to anyone, we asked friendly, we remained calm and I didn't complain about anything. The tip reflected the service.

    5* the whole way through. Sohly who served us was fantastic, and really kind. The food was exceptional - wow, really really good. We had the sirloin steak with gnocchi. Cooked to absolute perfection and full of flavour. This is our second time eating at the Bistro and we will definitely be back. 10/10 would recommend.

Menu (R700 pp): Grazing Board with Smoked Baba Ganoush, Hummus, and Seasonal Fruit.
