This is our 3rd visit to Leopards Leap, but the service yesterday was below standard. The gentleman with the glasses, gave us the incorrect menus, we asked the umbrella to be moved to our table, and that seemed like a very unnecessary task for him. I ordered water, which never came but was added to my bill. My wine arrived with no glass. It seemed unorganised, and most certainly short staffed. Very disappointing as i was planning on hosting my 40th at this estate.

Leopards Leap - Rotisserie Restaurant responded on Mon 18 May 26:
Dear Lee, Thank you for taking the time and leaving your review. I am sorry to hear that the service you received were not up to standard on your recent visit. Our aim is to make every guest feel welcome and looked after and clearly we did not deliver this time. I will have a conversation with our Front of house team to find out where we went wrong and how we can ensure that it doesn't happen again. Thank you again for letting us know and your continued support. Kind Regards

We received poor service with average food at this restaurant. After we were seated, no menus were given and we were ignored until we asked for service. Waitrons were just standing around and the restaurant was not even busy. There was no introduction by the waitress that finally arrived and no explanation on their rotisserie weekends. We decided to order all our food and ordered 2 portions of bread as a starter but this only came after our main meals arrived. The braai broodjies were good but it was too much bread. The bitterballen was terrible and wasn’t even crispy. The chef seems to be trying too hard. This was my first visit to Leopards leap and only the wine was good.

We were a party of 5 to celebrate a birthday. 2 guests had the burger off the menu and they were both disappointed. The patty was overdone, the bun was hard, hardly no tomato and onion and there were far too many chips on the board. The rest of us had the buffet which was mediocre. They could have had more warm side dishes for a cold and rainy winters day. 2 guest had the pork belly and were disappointed. They received 2 thick pieces of meat which was very dry with little gravy.

Unfortunately a gentleman occupied the disable toilet which didn’t allow my wife in a wheelchair to use Hê had an attitude Your spoke to him afterwards He pushed me around I think the gentleman was wrong Your manager should ask this gentleman to leave te premises after he finishes his glass of wine due zero respect of a disabled person It seems the manager agreed with the gentleman to make use of the disable facility No disabled person selected to be disable & a normal person should respect that person’s disability
