    We had a great time at Mamasamba. The food was great and the service was 10 times better, all thanks to our waiter Lesole!

    The food toke 55 min to come. the waiter said its because it is shushi. That ruined the entire experience. And its overly priced. Only good thing is the waiter was informative and warm towards us. Will try again later in the year.

    Everything was fantastic. Just one of us ordered the rump picana and the meat was a bit on the tough side! Definitely the Best sushi in Jhb!

    The restaurant is beautiful, the staff are friendly. The food and service were amazing; it was truly a memorable experience and yes, we will be back again.

    The food we ordered was unfortunately not of the standard or quality expected. The seafood paella was overly salty and lacked flavour, with the seafood simply placed on top of sticky rice rather than being properly incorporated into the dish. The lamb chops were also disappointing, as four of the pieces had more fat than meat. The pumpkin served with the lamb chops was still hard inside and needed to be cooked for longer. The cocktails were fairly standard and did not stand out. Overall, the meal did not meet our expectations.
