Great food overall. The Piri Piri chicken livers were outstanding. The prawn rissoles tasted fantastic and were not oily at all. However, the traditional rissoles we’ve had in Portugal are a bit bigger—about the size of a samosa—whereas these were more like one-and-a-half bite-size. The Piri Piri chicken was very good, but they’ve taken baby chicken off the menu, which we prefer for Piri Piri as it tends to stay moist. One plate’s breast was a good size, but because it was quite thick, it was a little dry in the middle. A bit more sauce on the plate would have helped. The Piri Piri calamari was outstanding—not too hot to overpower the flavour, and perfectly cooked: firm but not chewy. Yes, we will definitely return.

Honestly I won’t go back. They have changed their famous lemon butter sauce to a lemon and herb sauce. We waited 2 hours for our food, the service was very average.
