    Waiting staff tried to be too familiar and witty but forgot their basic responsibilities of topping up wine or attending to us when we needed their attention. The music was way too loud and we could not hear each other at the tables which are far too small for the style of sharing plates menu. It seems as though too many tables have been crambed into the outside area to maximise on covers. A real shame as the overall experience was negative on a place where the food is delicious. I shan't be back anytime soon. We have been there several times previously and this was not the case. So disappointed

    We had a lovely evening at Omilo. It was a Sunday evening so not many people in the restaurant. The staff were fantastic and the food so delicious. I look forward to returning and trying more of the amazing menu! I would urge the team to look for some better wine options, as the options weren't the best, and that really affects the dining experience. There should be some better or wider options to choose from, especially if you arent allowing corkage. I ordered a glass of red, and carefully chose the option I thought would be safest, and most likely to be ok, but it was horrible, I didn't even finish the glass. The rest of the table drank white wine, but weren't that happy about the choice, and the wine wasnt great. Thank you - we will be back!

    2 of the items ordered to the table never arrived and got charged on the bill (thankfully refunded but…) The fries were very oily but otherwise the rest of the food was great. Also its quite noisy when it gets full, no music just background loud conversations if seated inside
