Every creation from our team of talented chefs is given extra zest by the striking beauty of the setting and stunning views of the Franschhoek mountains.

Our menus lean into the seasons, wholeheartedly embracing our Franschhoek Valley surrounds. Expect to indulge in traditional home baked breads and local cheeses, the freshest eggs, vegetables and fruits from neighbours and always – the best quality meat and fish we can source. We serve a menu of bistro-style classics with subtle nods to our diverse South African culinary heritage.

The restaurant spills out from a cosy thatched area onto shaded decks with views over the vineyards and mountains.

    Very noisy. Service was super slow and food was cold. Wine tasting explanation was absurd, and difficult to understand the waitress Azole. Although there are many waiters, they were inefficient and unattentive. Bill took ages to arrive after requesting it. All in all, very disappointing.

    Wonderful experience but our deposit via Dineplan was not taken off the bill and we forgot to check at the time. No response from the restaurant via email.

    I don't understand why I paid more like R814 on top of the R406 I paid as a deposit. Please just clarify that for me

    We had the burger, that we were told was served medium, but when it arrived was rather dry and lifeless. Side of chips was soggy

    I have been coming to this awesome place lately and my clients and myself couldn't have ask for a better place for wine tasting and lunch at the same time. Its so cozy and comfy. The views are simply stunning. I can't wait to be back!
