    Chef on the day not up to scratch, duck was like biltong, risotto brought out in ten minutes under cooked and like soup. Fondant burnt. But handled well by management

    We always love the food, service and ambience at Pigalle! The prawns were amazing as always! The Asian calamari starter excellent and chicken livers starter very good. My husband said his chicken was a bit dry but polished it off nevertheless. I've commented in reviews before and again just want to mention that I feel that the rice and chips aren't great for a restaurant of this calibre and do let the specially prepared meals down slightly. Overall a lovely evening and meal and still one of our favourite restaurants!

    I do not see Pigalle as a typical family restaurant such as Wimpy or Spur.We go to Pigalle for special occasions. For this reason we did not appreciate babies and children under 10 yelling and player noisy computer games till well past 21h00 last night. Their parents were apparently ignorant of the nuisance their 5 children were.

    Our dining experience was wonderful from start to finish. The hostess made us feel genuinely welcome upon arrival, and the waitstaff were knowledgeable, well-presented, and offered excellent food and wine recommendations. The atmosphere was perfectly balanced—inviting and refined—and the ample, secure parking was an added convenience. Overall, it made for a truly enjoyable evening out.
