    I was denied access.the receptionist and the manager said my name is not on their list for people who booked,I showed them the confirmation email and they said they they’re not taking bookings from Dineplan and they can’t help me since they are fully booked

Being turned away despite having a confirmation email is not the experience we want for any guest.     It was perhaps not what I expected from a buffet but the experience was gratifying nonetheless. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Overall a pleasant experience.
