Postcard Cafe is named because of its’ picture perfect views, but also because of the diverse heritage of the owners of Oude Nektar farm, and guests who visit from all corners of the globe. Situated in the peaceful Jonkershoek Valley, home of Stark-Condé Wines, it really is “as pretty as a postcard”.


A variety of savoury and sweet dishes are served - breakfast, lunch, cakes, and desserts. The menu is diverse and dishes draw inspiration from a number of different cuisines.

    We had the most amazing experience, and recommend it to everyone. The views up onto the mountains were breathtaking. We didnt have time to do the wine tasting, out on the lake, but I will be back to do that.

    Food was amazing, wine was really and the service was excellent. It is a lovely spot surrounded by mountains and even though the weather was cloudy, we were still able to enjoy the beauty and remain warm.
