Postcard Cafe is named because of its’ picture perfect views, but also because of the diverse heritage of the owners of Oude Nektar farm, and guests who visit from all corners of the globe. Situated in the peaceful Jonkershoek Valley, home of Stark-Condé Wines, it really is “as pretty as a postcard”.


A variety of savoury and sweet dishes are served - breakfast, lunch, cakes, and desserts. The menu is diverse and dishes draw inspiration from a number of different cuisines.

    Gorgeous Gorgeous establishment. It definitely one of the most stunning ones in the entire winelands. Good food and great customer service.

    We had our year-end lunch at the Postcard Cafe and it was fantastic. Beautiful scenery, paired with delicious food and good company. We enjoyed the cheese plates, Asian Slaw starters - which was so tasty, line fish, beef fillet, and lamb. Overall, the food was delicious and good portion size. The service was great, the staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Highly recommend!
