Postcard Cafe is named because of its’ picture perfect views, but also because of the diverse heritage of the owners of Oude Nektar farm, and guests who visit from all corners of the globe. Situated in the peaceful Jonkershoek Valley, home of Stark-Condé Wines, it really is “as pretty as a postcard”.


A variety of savoury and sweet dishes are served - breakfast, lunch, cakes, and desserts. The menu is diverse and dishes draw inspiration from a number of different cuisines.

    Dreadful experience, staff were very unhelpful and really made us feel everything was an inconvenience Food was not up to the standard we have had before

    Long delays before the starter and between starter .and main took us to 3.30pm. Then we were ignored and dessert menus or orders were not even offered by our waiter. The lovely informal character and menu of Postcaed Cafe, always enjoyed by the "locallls" is lost in this new attempt at sophistication to impress tourists.

    We celebrated our anniversary here and the experience exceeded all our expectations. The atmosphere was amazing, the service was excellent, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Thank you for making our special day so memorable. We will definitely be back.
