    We were happy with your services from the welcoming at the receptionist ,the waiter sis Thembi and your food with the perfect temperature , big up to the chef. Will definitely comeback for more treat ,very big thank you.

    I took my mom and gran for a buffet dinner and we truly enjoyed our time at Fire & Ice. The service was excellent! Our host and waitress was Thembi, she was accommodating, friendly, and well informed about any questions we had - in fact all the staff were amazing. The food was fresh and incredibly tasty, I would definitely recommend to anyone who'd like to have a quality meal for an affordable price.

    I must be honest the buffet wasn't what we expected for R350 per person , the variety was not enough , the fish and the meat was very salty , we had to pass by somewhere to buy takeaways , I wouldn't come back , i thought the experience would be like Fire and Ice Melrose but NO.

    The environment is so beautiful, welcoming so warm, the food so tasty & the portion is huge. The waiter was also so friendly & smiling. Even asked my pregnant daughter if she was not feeling cold & he offered her a blanket. I was so impressed. Keep it up
