    I booked my stay here over two months ahead and let it be known that I was recommended by a local. And it was for my 50th birthday and when I got to the airport there were no bus to pick me up I sit there for over an hour. I had was to call my friend to get me a ride to the hotel. when I get to the hotel the room was clean but was missing a few things. I made a reservation for my birthday and even got an email the day before my birthday to confirm and yet when I get myself all nice for my special dinner none of the hostess or server had any idea or knowledge about my reservation. I felt so heart broken and disappointed. It's was my friend that had to ask the server if they don't do anything for there guess on their birthday. That is when the server ask who's birthday and 30 minutes later he brought a slice of cake. Traveling all the way from America and could have chosen any place to stay and choose here am disappointed with the service.

    Our mon's surprise birthday party was so beautiful. The service received from reservations was exceptional. Timothy thank you for making the day special using every resource available. Thanks to the whole team,the food was great and Albertina thank you.

    Everything was top notch from service to the food, I wouldn’t mind visiting again but next time I would also like to get the hotel experience.
