    The upstairs was closed, so I was stuck with the Tavern menu. Fish was good, but not amazing.I've had better kingklip on the trip.So I'd basically give this place at least the Tavern. an average score.

    Absolutely dreadful. Horrible food, below average service, rude hostess on the door. Would never recommend.

    Very windy, food was then cold, provide blankets, heaters or warm tourists about the wind!

    Food was cold. Dinner was returned but came back cold again. They took 10% off the bill. Prawns I had at Mama Africa were better then in this seafood restaurant. It was like eating at a Red Lobster food chain.

    Disappointed. Quay 4 used to be much better. Food arrived cold and was reheated with not much of an apology. Waiter J was barely around and hadn't told us that a certain menu item was not available. We only found this out when food brought back to table. It was 8pm and staff were essentially spring cleaning around us and we felt like we needed to leave. It was supposed to be a friend's birthday celebration which was spoiled. None of us are going back there again as we were not made to feel welcome. Good luck to you.

    The food was a big let down. Tiny portions with high prices and very bland. I have previously enjoyed a meal there, so I hope it was just a once off.
